Registration for the IEEE BlackSeaCom 2015 conference is now open!
Discounted Early Registration is available until 18 April 2015. After this deadline, registrations will be accepted at the Late Registration rate.
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE BlackSeaCom 2015. One full registration is needed to register up to 3 papers.
In addition to registering to the conference, you should also separately reserve a hotel room. Please follow this link for more details about accommodation.

Item Specifications
Full Registration (ComSoc Member, IEEE Member, Non-Member Registrations) includes a right to submit papers, attendance of all session and panels, tutorials, the conference proceeding, the conference program, coffee breaks, lunches, one (1) ticket to the banquet and one (1) ticket to the Welcome Reception.
Student Conference Registrations include a copy of the proceedings, all sessions and tutorials, and daily lunch. Welcome reception and banquet tickets can be purchased on request.
