Visa Information
Please note, it is IEEE policy to only issue visa assistance letters to Speaker, Authors, Committee Members, and Attendees who have registered and are paid in FULL.
If you request a letter for acquiring a VISA, the conference admission price will be required in advance of the letter. If you request a refund after a VISA letter is issued, the proper authorities will be notified that you no longer intend to attend this conference.
Authors and Non-Authors requiring a visa assistance letter (electronic or hard copy) must complete a Comsoc Visa Assistance Request.
